COVID-19 and Online Therapy
ONLINE WORKSHOPS: We are offering online intensives and sessions from April 2020. These intensives reflect the same objectives and information as in person workshops. We are able to offer more flexibility in time, group size and frequency. Please contact us on: email@example.com or 07939624790 for more information.
To meet clients’ needs during this unprecedented time, The Hudson Centre for Psychotherapy Recovery is offering a free fifteen minute consultation to all adults aged 18 years old and above who might be interested exploring if counselling/therapy is right for you.
The COVID-19 pandemic, which is rapidly overwhelming us, is causing stress, fear, and anxiety, due to so many unknown and unanswered questions. If you’re worried, panicked or scared, you’re not alone. We realise the challenges in daily life due to the current pandemic. You may feel overwhelmed and that you need someone to talk to and we’re here to help.
You may currently be experiencing uncertainty in relation to the future, or loneliness around not being able to see loved ones. In addition, this enforced period of lockdown can be positive for some. However, being stuck at home 24/7 with your partner and/or children and no routine may present challenges for you, your relationship and your partner.
In whatever way the current COVID-19 pandemic has affected your life and you emotionally, we are committed to offering online counselling and psychotherapy to individuals, couples and groups at this uncertain time.
You may have some questions or feel uncertain about the idea of having therapy online as opposed to face to face. This is an understandable reservation. Research shows that clients report equal levels of satisfaction with both online and in-person counselling and psychotherapy.
We invite you to reach out to us if you are struggling, and we can help you to decide if online counselling and psychotherapy is suitable for you.
If you’re interested in exploring counselling and psychotherapy, you can contact us on +44 207 493 4488 for a free fifteen minute consultation. We operate Monday to Friday between 9am and 7pm.
